Your personal data will be processed in order to perform the contract pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b) of the aforementioned regulation, to the extent resulting from the fiscal and financial regulations. The recipients of your personal data are entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions and processing entities providing services to WATER LAB s.r.o., Olanska 2898/4h, 130 00 PRAHA-ŻIŻKOV, Česká Republika .

Your personal data will be stored based on the legitimate interest pursued by the administrator. You have the right to request access to your data, the right to rectify, delete, limit processing. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing violates the provisions of the GDPR. Providing your personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data may result in refusal to conclude the contract or its termination. The processing of personal data provided by you will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, referred to in art. 22 sec. 1 and 4 of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016.

Information clause for monitoring

According to Art. 13 sec. 1 and 2 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of 27 April 2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR), we inform you that the Administrator processing your personal data as part of company monitoring is WATER LAB s.r.o., Olanska 2898/4h, 130 00 PRAHA-ŻIŻKOV, Czech Republic. The Administrator can be contacted by e-mail by writing an e-mail to the following address: office@waterlab.one.

Your personal data will be processed in order to protect property and ensure safety in the monitored area pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) this is the legitimate interest of the Administrator.

Monitoring records will be stored for 14 days. A person registered by the monitoring system has the right to access personal data and limit processing. A person registered by the monitoring system has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if he/she considers that the processing violates the provisions of the GDPR. The processing of recordings will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, referred to in art. 22 sec. 1 and 4 of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016.

Your personal data will be processed for purposes related to employment pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c) of the aforementioned regulation and the Labor Code of June 26, 1974. The recipient of your personal data are entities authorized to obtain personal data under the law and processing entities providing services to the Administrator, as well as entities for which the Administrator provides services, only to the extent related to the implementation of these services. Your personal data will be stored for 50 years. You have the right to request access to your data, the right to rectify, delete, limit processing. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing violates the provisions of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016. Providing personal data by you is mandatory under the law. Refusal to provide data may result in the inability to fulfill the employer’s legal obligations towards the employee. Processing will not be subject to automated decision making, including profiling, referred to in art. 22 sec. 1 and 4 of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016.

Failure to provide data will result in the inability to complete the order.
